It was magical. But as smooth as the experience felt, I quickly realized how manual the entire process was—hours of coordination behind the scenes, WhatsApp messages flying back and forth, and constant adjustments. That’s when it hit me: what if there was a smarter way to make travel this effortless—for everyone, everywhere?
